  I began my career in the U.S. Navy before moving into banking and finance after a brief time in sales. I spent 16 years helping grow a finance company's portfolio from $9 million to over $30 million, then gained experience in trucking, state government, and contracting management. Throughout my career, I've remained hands-on in the trades, giving me both financial and practical expertise. I bring integrity, leadership, and a proven ability to solve problems, build strong teams, and take on challenges with confidence. I thrive on meaningful work that makes a positive impact.

  I've had the privilege of building my career at Heritage NW Group, where I've gained extensive experience as a Community Choice Guide. My work has always been driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact, and I am proud to be a part of Heritage Home Revival, following my promotion. In this new role, I continue to focus on providing exceptional service to the populations we serve, with a commitment to integrity and accountability in everything I do. I'm deeply passionate about ensuring that the individuals we serve receive the highest level of care and support. Whether through helping individuals navigate services or ensuring responsible, client-focused solutions, I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

  DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

  With more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, I serve as the Operations Director for Heritage Home Revival, overseeing projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. My background includes extensive experience in environmental modifications (E-MOD), ADA-compliant bathroom renovations, door widening, kitchen remodels, and custom home construction. For more than a decade, I have specialized in building custom homes and managing projects from initial planning through final completion, including homes built from the ground up. I am passionate about helping the aging and/or individuals with disabilities create safe, functional, and accessible living environments that support their independence. I take pride in delivering thoughtful craftsmanship, practical solutions, and personalized service that meet each client's unique needs.
